About The Job

The role of Project Engineering Lead is pivotal in our organisation's success. As a seasoned engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact engineering projects that drive operational excellence and improve reliability, quality, and safety.

You will work closely with senior project engineers to ensure that all activities meet occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and technical requirements. Your ability to manage complexity, drive outcomes, and maintain high standards will be essential in this fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and delivering engineering projects that enhance operational capability, reliability, quality, and safety
• Working closely with senior project engineers to ensure that all activities meet occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and technical requirements
• Coordinating with external contractors to maintain engineering systems and documentation
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to align project execution with production needs



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Proactive and capable engineer with a strong foundation in project delivery and a drive for operational excellence
• Holding a tertiary qualification in engineering complemented by project management credentials
• Experience in project engineering ideally within a plant or process-based environment
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities well established
• Proficient in engineering systems and the Microsoft suite
