About the Role

Minderoo Foundation is seeking a strategic thinker to drive impact and measurement across our organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a systems expert with experience in developing and delivering strategy, measurement, and learning in complex environments.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic advice to senior leaders, identifying new opportunities for growth, and leading high-priority projects that translate theories of change into action.

This role requires strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, as well as experience engaging with high-level stakeholders across government, industry, community, and philanthropy.

About You

You will have expertise in impact measurement and evaluation, combined with the ability to engage senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders to shape and deliver strategy.

A successful candidate will possess a proven track record of leading strategic projects, synthesising insights, and communicating effectively with influence.

We are looking for a collaborative team player who can strengthen capability across the organisation by leading workshops, training, and resources that embed a culture of learning and collaboration.
