Establishing efficient systems and processes is a vital part of ensuring the smooth delivery of services in any organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems that support all key stages of our programs.
The Administration Officer plays a crucial role in supporting local operations and remote outreach throughout the region. This includes providing administrative support to TeamHEALTH's Katherine based services and assisting with the establishment and maintenance of systems, processes, templates, tools, and forms.
You will work closely with the Program Manager to develop and implement systems that align with the specific needs of the Katherine-based team. This may involve referral, assessment, support provision, data collection, and reporting.
This position requires a proactive, organised individual who can work autonomously in a dynamic and culturally diverse setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people are essential. You will also need to have competent use of a range of computer systems, including email and MS Office Suite, and a willingness to learn other systems as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain systems, processes, templates, tools, and forms
- Provide administrative support to TeamHEALTH's Katherine based services
- Work closely with the Program Manager to establish and maintain systems
- Support local operations and remote outreach throughout the region
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Business or Finance area, or relevant experience in a business support area
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within a small to medium sized business providing a range of administrative support
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to manage workload in a busy environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality
