Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Commission Performance Specialist.

This position plays a pivotal part in overseeing and optimizing the external Independent Sales Organisation (ISO) commission process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement commission plans that drive sales performance and align with company objectives.
  • Manage commission calculations, ensuring accurate payouts and continued improvement of the end-to-end process.
  • Analyze performance metrics and commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including ISO Sales and Relationship Management teams, partners, finance, and accounting to enhance and improve accuracy and quality of commission processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commissions, compensation, or financial analysis, preferably in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

A strong analytical mindset, effective leadership skills, and excellent Excel skills are essential for this role.
