We're seeking a skilled and creative Brand Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our brand experience team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our stations and campaigns to life through high-quality, engaging activations and listener experiences.

A Day in the Life
  • Manage and execute brand experience activity from start to finish, ensuring flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Experience Lead to develop innovative audience engagement strategies that drive results.
  • Support external branding efforts, listener events, and outside broadcasts by providing expert execution and coordination.
  • Liaise with clients and sponsorship partners to deliver integrated campaigns that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide on-ground support for events, including staffing, logistics, and audience engagement.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years' experience in promotions, marketing, branding, or media.
  • Strong understanding of radio/media promotions and digital/social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
