Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Branch Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to sell NAB's products and services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcomes. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering quality customer service. You will also require basic knowledge of banking products and services, which can be learned through our comprehensive training program.

  • Customer Service - Provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales and Marketing - Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to sell NAB's products and services.
  • Communication - Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers, communicating effectively and efficiently.
