Job Description:

We are seeking a Casual Banking Specialist to join our organisation. As a banking expert, you will play a key role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support business initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
