About YouTo succeed in this role, you should possess expert knowledge in mental health assessment, risk management, and intervention planning. Confidence in working with consumers presenting complex clinical and psychosocial needs is essential.
- A strong background in social work with at least 7 years post-graduate experience.
- Ability to think critically and strategically when handling sensitive consumer cases.
