This role involves delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in a residential aged care setting. As a skilled nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and working closely with the care team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
About the Role- Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice nursing procedures
- Act as a team leader, providing guidance, coaching, and supervision to the care team
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all policies and procedures
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Current registration with AHPRA, following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge, particularly of age-related health issues
- Effective coaching and training skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
