We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in our residential aged care home.
About the Role- Deliver direct clinical care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
- Provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
- Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current registration as a healthcare professional.
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aging-related health issues.
- Strong coaching/training skills.
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Competent IT skills.
- Willingness to apply for clearance checks.
