The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse in the Rehabilitation Unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients, assessing their needs, and developing and implementing plans to support their rehabilitation goals. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and provide education to patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-management techniques.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care within the Rehabilitation Unit.
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop personalized care plans to support their rehabilitation goals.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and provide education to patients and their families.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
