Client Service Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and warm Client Service Associate to handle live chats, calls, and emails with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client enquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through every interaction, prioritizing their needs above all else.
  • Efficiently log, resolve, and escalate customer complaints as necessary.
  • Ensure all support tickets are handled within set timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client journey and share insights with the team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and data protection standards.
  • Report on client trends, common questions, and potential service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (live chat & email support preferred).
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care and resolving problems with empathy.
  • Completed or willingness to complete RG146 Financial Services accreditation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
  • Capacity to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Sound judgment and a strong sense of integrity.
