Job Title: Client Service Associate

About the Role:

This is a junior position that involves handling customer inquiries and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers by collaborating with your manager and colleagues.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the banking industry and market trends in Australia.
  • Have comprehensive understanding of various retail banking products, including Deposits, Remittances, Accounts, Foreign Exchange, and Account Opening.
  • Utilize previous experience in retail banking to enhance service delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possess fluent English and Mandarin language skills, both oral and written.
  • Show ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
