Marketing & Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to fill this key role in our Sydney office.

This is a dynamic position that requires someone who thinks creatively, enjoys creating solutions, and can think strategically and tactically to deliver high-impact, client-focused M&BD activity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on the production of marketing & BD materials, including writing and editing copy.
  • Deliver client-focused business development and marketing activity, with a particular focus on events.
  • Support Australia-based partners on internal events and communications.

You will be expected to adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to the overall business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working in a professional services environment, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing materials.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Creative and innovative approach.

A sound understanding of business principles and being commercially aware is essential.
