About this role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to drive customer success and cargo transformation.

This role will support our customers across a range of cargo channels, fostering strong collaboration and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking and business advisory experience, or experience in International Trade, Cargo, Freight/Logistics, or services industries where value-based selling is prevalent.

You will be responsible for creating and driving sales strategies that are focused on growth and aligned with our customers' needs.

As a trusted advisor, you will be confident and agile in identifying opportunities and answering any questions that come your way.

Key responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Partnerships: Develop and execute account growth plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales Performance: Leverage insights and trends to shape innovative strategies that keep us responsive to customer needs and ahead of the curve.
  • Champion Change: Support customers in adopting new systems in line with our transformation.
  • Foster strong collaboration: Work across internal teams and external stakeholders, bridging sales and operations to deliver seamless outcomes.

  • Strong planning and execution skills with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities to build and maintain customer trust.
  • Ability to work with senior commercial leaders to implement improvements and ensure efficient operations.
