Job Overview:

As a seasoned corporate travel expert, we seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage complex travel itineraries for high-profile clients in the entertainment industry.

This role offers a unique opportunity to bring your expertise in managing intricate travel arrangements and provide exceptional service and attention to detail, ensuring seamless and cost-effective travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage complex travel itineraries using Tramada and Sabre
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Provide proactive support to ensure outstanding service and timely resolutions to client needs
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes for small to large groups

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with:

  • 3+ years of corporate travel management experience with a core focus on the entertainment industry
  • Extensive experience with Tramada and GDS (Sabre favored)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail
