Job Title:

Leadership Role in Aged Care

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate care and support services, driving operational excellence across Community Aged Home Care Teams.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality care that adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with regulatory bodies, medical professionals, ACAT, and other service providers for effective delivery of HCP & CHSP services.
Requirements:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Nursing; be a Registered Nurse with current Registration under AHPRA.
  • Possess a current unrestricted driver's license.
  • Have a current NDIS Check and National Police Check.
  • Hold Australian work rights.
