Residential Facility Director

This is a dynamic leadership role in which you will oversee the effective operation of an aged care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, leadership skills and experience in aged care management.

  • Lead a diverse team to deliver high-quality services to residents and their families
  • Create a positive work environment through effective leadership and HR management strategies
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient financial management
  • Promote a healthy and safe working environment for staff
Key Qualifications
  • High level of business acumen with proven financial management expertise
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively
  • Aged care experience highly desirable
  • Previous management experience of diverse teams
  • Knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation and continuous improvement principles
