ROLE SUMMARY

At Forever New, we're seeking a Retail Operations Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our retail operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our global retail landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, reflecting the Forever New FIRST customer service model.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  3. Contribute to achieving business objectives, including IPS, conversion, loyalty, and other key performance indicators, through effective operations and stock management.
  4. Ensure all aspects of store operations align with the brand's vision, driving strong brand recall and recognition.
  5. Develop and maintain clear processes for BOH operations, adhering to company expectations and workplace health and safety standards.
  6. Represent the Forever New brand with integrity, aligning with our Brand Ambassador Guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with the retail operations team to review business improvement opportunities and optimize efficiency.
  8. Provide reporting insights to inform business decisions and analyze best practices.
  9. Support store and field teams with IT escalations and operation queries.
  10. Maintain and create Ways of Working (WoWs) for store use.
  11. Assist stores in achieving online fulfillment goals and monitor results.
  12. Manage the store fulfillment checklist for store openings and closings.
  13. Participate in business projects, ensuring the retail voice is represented in project development.
  14. Test new systems and upgrades, creating documentation for store adoption.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Retail experience with a strong understanding of the fashion/retail industry.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Planning and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
