Job Title: Client Advocate

We are seeking experienced care professionals to manage a caseload of aged care home packages on a temporary assignment basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients and their families, providing support and guidance to meet their needs.

The successful candidate will have a full-time caseload of aged care home packages and will be required to work Monday to Friday only, with hours varying from 3 to 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of aged care home packages
  • Work closely with clients and their families to provide support and guidance
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Recent experience as a care professional in aged care home packages
  • A national police check less than 12 months old
  • A current working with children's check
  • A minimum of 3 COVID vaccinations

What We Offer:

  • Casual / locum hourly rate: $63.67 per hour plus 12% super
