About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Health Risk Specialist to lead and manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality advice, guidance, briefs, publications, and reports aligned to our environmental public health function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for the delivery of high-quality human health risk assessments as it relates to chemical exposure.
- Develop and oversee the delivery of high-quality advice, guidance, briefs, publications, and other reports aligned to our strategic priorities.
- Engage with the community and duty holders where human health risk advice is sought, and effectively manage feedback.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in health risk assessment, toxicology, environmental public health, or a related discipline and have extensive experience in the field. You will also have experience in effectively communicating human health risk advice to stakeholders, including the community, duty holders, and government.
