Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated communications programs for clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality work and meeting client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts, understanding their business needs and developing strategic solutions to meet those needs.
  • Grow the portfolio's revenue through proactive business development and account management activities.
  • Manage and develop a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement account development plans, ensuring the team is working towards the client's end goal and delivering superior work.
  • Manage revenue, ensuring company financial targets are met, and develop and approve client budgets that are profitable, justifiable, and accurate.

Requirements
