
Key Account Manager Role

Assisting account managers and business development managers in preparing quotes and proposals is a key part of this role.
This involves coordinating with procurement and leadership to ensure that all sales materials are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare and format quote and proposal templates for use by the sales team.
- Manage and update sales pricelists in coordination with the procurement department.
- Facilitate handover documentation from sales to project delivery teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales contact.
- Experience working with enterprise or critical infrastructure clients is essential, as is knowledge of sales KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- You should have strong organizational skills, be highly efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
