Job Opportunity:
Digital Health Procurement SpecialistThis position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of digital health procurement processes across multiple districts.
The primary goal is to acquire the right products with the necessary approvals in a timely manner, meeting strategic and operational requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Foster collaboration and communication with clients, suppliers, finance, procurement, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date on supply chain policies and procedures.
- Prioritize tasks to meet established performance metrics.
- Solve problems efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Operate contemporary systems, databases, and intranet proficiently.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and timely payment to suppliers.
