Security Systems Specialist

Key Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Security Systems Specialist to support our critical security technology infrastructure during a time of exciting transformation.

As a member of the security team, you will be integral to the successful integration of new screening technologies, providing hands-on support for system updates, troubleshooting, vendor management, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help ensure our security systems remain robust, reliable, and ready to support evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain EACS and CCTV systems to ensure efficient operation
  • Monitor system status, alarms, and uptime, with active intervention when issues arise
  • Manage service desk tickets and work closely with the Applications Support team during upgrades
  • Coordinate system design and integration for new projects
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met in line with service agreements
  • Configure access permissions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor hardware lifecycles and contribute to asset replacement planning
  • Lead camera view management in collaboration with operational stakeholders
