Legal Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team on a secondment basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our legal professionals, providing support on a diverse range of litigation matters.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in litigation law.
  • Support senior professionals in court proceedings and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Provide general legal advice on litigation issues.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian-qualified lawyer with up to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian litigation procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent drafting and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
