The Opportunity:

We seek a professional Fine Dining Wait Staff to offer a superior, attentive dining experience for our esteemed guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for front-of-house professionals with a minimum of two years' experience in fine dining establishments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in fine dining or hatted restaurants
  • Ability to provide unique customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and putting guests at the heart of everything they do
  • Extensive food & beverage knowledge
  • Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
