Store Support Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a Store Support Administrator.
- This role involves receiving, dispatching, and managing stock, ensuring accurate stock control and count.
- You will also be responsible for keeping customers informed about their orders and addressing any queries that may arise.
- Banking, cash management, purchase orders, and daily reconciliations are also key aspects of this role.
- You will provide ad hoc reporting and administrative support for the store's day-to-day operations.
- Floor walks will be conducted to proactively manage potential risks in the store.

Your Responsibilities:- Manage stock receipt and dispatch to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by keeping them informed about their orders and addressing queries
- Administer banking, cash, and purchase order management, including daily reconciliations
- Offer ad hoc reporting and administrative support for the store's operations
- Conduct floor walks to identify and mitigate potential risks
