Water Broker Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to be part of an exciting growth phase in the water industry. As a Water Broker Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business, working in a strong rural sector-based environment. You will be based in Regional Victoria, Regional Western NSW or South Eastern SA, and will have a knowledge of farming and rural communities. Your key responsibilities will include generating water broking commission revenue through the provision of high-quality advice and service, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving commission revenue growth by sourcing new customers and converting those opportunities to sales.
About You
You will have a tertiary qualification in Business and/or extensive sales experience, technical and product knowledge in the Water industry. Other skills and experiences will include successful relationship building, strong sales planning, execution and reporting, management of multiple projects, key account management, problem solving skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills. As a self-motivated and hardworking individual, you will thrive in a team environment and be committed to building relationships with customers. You will also have a strong work ethic and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
