About the Role

The Assistant Manager is a vital role within our team, responsible for supporting the Venue Manager and colleagues to bring our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love' to life.

  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Champion coaching and mentoring, guest initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
  • Proactively develop and implement local events, supporting the Venue Manager to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a responsible service culture that prioritizes fun, passion, and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to feel welcome.
