Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, and clerical services to Management at the WA Country Health Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Ensure effective and proactive revenue enhancement functions in accordance with policy.
  • Perform clerical administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide internal and external communications to the hospital, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
