About the Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate Domestic Assistants to join our team at Silver Chain Group Limited. As a Domestic Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with domestic tasks in their own homes, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence, where possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with domestic tasks such as making their beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor.
  • Follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, and referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app.
  • Provide social support in the community, as required.
Requirements
  • 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience.
  • A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition.
  • Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Align to Silver Chain Group Limited's COVID-19 vaccination policy which requires evidence of vaccination against COVID-19, or evidence of an authorised medical exemption.
