Marketing Manager-Digital

A key role at an impressive plaintiff personal injury law firm, undergoing an exciting growth phase.

About the Role

In this holistic position, you will have full responsibility for creating and implementing all marketing campaigns, analysing and improving existing strategies/branding. You will enjoy the variety, challenge and satisfaction of:

  • Preparing and managing the marketing budget;
  • Crafting innovative marketing campaigns to expand market share and ensuring brand messaging is strong across all channels (social media, email campaigns, website, content management system, promotional material etc);
  • Monitoring and advising on competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products/services etc).
About You

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Are degree qualified in marketing/communications (or similar);
  • Have a minimum of 3 years proven success in marketing including digital marketing (essential);
  • Have knowledge and proven results in digital advertising, SEO and social media lead generation (Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Instagram etc).
  • Have experience in planning, executing, measuring (including A/B testing) and driving improvement across multiple marketing channels.
  • Have had experience in the legal or professional services industry (preferable) + have a keen interest in the legal industry;
  • Have outstanding communication, people and time prioritization skills;
  • Are a proactive, hands-on strategic & creative thinker that gets things done effectively and efficiently.
