Data Analytics Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Risk Management Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and recommend strategies to mitigate emerging trends within a short timeframe.
- Detect and manage emerging events, ensuring effective risk management through implemented strategies.
- Develop and improve detection system rules to maximize detection.
- Reduce operational costs by minimizing false positives while maintaining risk management.
- Build strong relationships with Group Operations and Risk Management teams.
- Produce clear documentation for the team.
- Provide insights into trends and anomalies, including root cause analysis.
Our Ideal Candidate: Has experience using data analytics tools and platforms with large and complex data structures – SAS, SQL, Python, and Teradata.
Requirements:
- Strong work relationship and business stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Knowledge and experience in financial crime or risk management in financial services.
- Tertiary qualifications in a numerate or IT-based discipline.
