You will manage and oversee the training and development of your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels, as well as ensuring the health and safety of all Team Members and customers.

They will be results-oriented, with passion and energy to inspire their team. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store performance to achieve targets while controlling costs and losses.
- Contribute to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and stacking shelves.
- Manage and oversee the training and development of your team.
- Order and maintain stock availability.
- Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met.
