You'll play a vital role in supporting residents to maintain safe, secure, and sustainable tenancies as a Housing Officer.

You'll work alongside tenants, support providers, and community partners to deliver respectful housing services that create real impact.

  • Support residents throughout their housing journey with empathy and respect
  • Manage the end-to-end tenancy process – from allocations and inspections to documentation and exit planning
  • Work collaboratively with support providers to address complex needs and sustain tenancies
  • Monitor rent payments and manage arrears with fairness and consistency
  • Promote inclusive, safe, and welcoming housing environments
  • Build effective partnerships with external agencies and safety networks
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement aligned with our strategic goals
