Job Title: Emerging Products Specialist

The Emerging Products Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to new products. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to source and develop a growing product range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: generating timelines, tracking milestones, and informing production and relevant departments of confirmed plans.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: ensuring production activities align with confirmed plans, recording daily production reports, and monitoring productivity, quality, and any issues or incidents.
  • Communication and Coordination: working closely with Marketing, R&D, and QA on new product development, maintaining production trial logs, and coordinating with Warehouse/Procurement to manage inventory levels.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to establish collaborative relationships, and excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Mandarin language proficiency is preferred, and territory qualifications with a business or commerce background are essential.

The successful candidate will be well-developed in their analysis and critical thinking approach, possess a positive attitude, and be cooperative, honest, and actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
