Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Membership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering exceptional member experiences while supporting our growing membership base.

You will play a key part in managing new membership applications, guiding potential members through the onboarding process, and conducting engaging Club Orientation Tours to highlight the benefits of membership.

Additionally, you will be responsible for generating monthly reports to track key membership metrics, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure timely payment of member accounts, and actively contributing to the development and execution of member events and activation programs.

Utilizing CRM platforms for membership management and enquiries, you will work closely with stakeholders to resolve member issues promptly.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role, ideally with leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to lead small teams (3-5 people), adaptability to work efficiently under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Education: Not specified but preferred if candidate has tertiary qualifications relevant to the field.
