Commercial Claims Specialist

This position involves playing a key role in enhancing our customers' experience by ensuring their claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Building strong relationships with customers to provide excellent service
- Developing creative solutions to meet customers' needs
- Managing claims processes to ensure timely resolutions
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer-provided information and supplier data to validate and assess Commercial, Rural, and Personal insurance claims
- Identify potential fraud and recovery opportunities
- Collaborate with suppliers and repairers to facilitate efficient replacements and repairs
- Manage claim settlements and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Prior experience in managing Commercial Property Claims is highly desirable
- Previous General Property claims experience within Claims or Commercial Underwriting is essential
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve conflicts
- Strong customer focus with well-developed customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, confidence to make decisions, and effective time management
