Job Title

A seasoned HR professional is sought to drive business performance and growth through strategic people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with local leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth using data insights and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management in employee issue resolution, investigations, and case management aligned with organizational values and policies.
  • Establish and maintain effective industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with our overall strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and facilitate organizational change.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Human Resources or Business Administration, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organizational change, and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
