Senior Data Leader

We are seeking a seasoned data professional to spearhead end-to-end machine learning initiatives and elevate our organisation's data science capability.


  • Lead complex data science and machine learning projects from conception through to deployment and monitoring.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists, promoting best practices in modelling, ML engineering, and business alignment.
  • Design and maintain robust data architectures to support scalable analytics and ML workflows.
  • Apply advanced techniques such as A/B testing, causal inference, and optimisation to drive informed decision-making.
  • Champion MLOps practices, including model versioning, automated retraining, and performance monitoring.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a curious, business-savvy data scientist who proactively identifies opportunities to drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and continuous process improvement. You should have deep expertise across the full data science lifecycle from ideation and modelling to deployment and monitoring in production.

You will effectively communicate with stakeholders, clearly articulating the impact of data science on business outcomes. As a senior contributor, you will champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and uplift data science capability across the organisation. You are comfortable exploring complex data sets and communicating insights in business terms, with strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Azure Databricks, and Azure cloud services.
