Senior Data Science Lead

You will be responsible for spearheading end-to-end machine learning initiatives, designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures, and mentoring junior and mid-level data scientists.

  • Develop and implement strategic data science and machine learning plans from ideation through to deployment and monitoring
  • Mentor data scientists in modelling, ML engineering, and business alignment, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
  • Design robust data pipelines and architectures for scalable analytics and ML workflows, leveraging your expertise in data engineering and architecture
  • Apply advanced data analysis and interpretation techniques to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decision-making

As a senior contributor, you will champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, collaborating with stakeholders to uplift data science capability across the organisation. You are an experienced Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in the full data science lifecycle.
