Key Buyer Role in Fashion Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buyer to lead the buy for assigned product lines and categories, achieving sales growth targets and GP margin.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business success, with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales and margin targets
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock positioning to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences to inform purchasing decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Buyer in the fashion industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
