Camp Australia's Out of School Hours Care program is an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Geelong-based service, playing a key role in delivering high-quality programs that promote learning, development, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain engaging, safe, and compliant programs that cater to the needs of primary-aged children, promoting social-emotional learning and cognitive development.
  • Supervise and support a team of educators, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes equity.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options that meet dietary requirements, ensuring nutritional balance and variety.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging and connection through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

About You:

  • You hold a Diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are willing to obtain one, demonstrating your commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates, ensuring your safety and the safety of others.
  • Are available to work from 6:30am-9:00am and 2:30pm-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
