Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team and contribute to creating an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and will be passionate about delivering high-quality education and care. You will hold a Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and have experience working with children 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Experience working with children 0-5 years
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
