As an educator at Guardian Manifold Heights, you will be working closely with your colleagues to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect the latest research and best practice in the field.

You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and to contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality early learning programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Providing excellent care and education to young children.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Ability to work full-time.
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
