Speech Pathologist Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Rockingham, Mandurah and surrounding areas.

This role offers an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of clients and foster the development of others within the team.

  • Deliver speech pathology services to support participants with communication difficulties.
  • Visit clients in their homes, schools, workplaces and residential facilities.
  • Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to inform treatment goals.
  • Participate in regular peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of our multi-disciplinary team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current membership with the relevant professional association.
  • An interest in working with paediatric clients.
  • The ability to work autonomously while remaining part of the team.
  • A passion for delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
