Overview

We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Rockingham region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager and Clinical Lead. You will experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. This is a work-from-home position, however, you will be part of our supportive Cockburn team, dial in virtually or attend team meetings in person; flexibility is a key feature of this role.

Day-to-day You Will
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • Innovate and collaborate: work with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and explore new treatment approaches

About You

We're seeking OTs who are proactive about improvement, care about participant goals, and are willing to challenge ideas when participant interests are at stake. If this sounds like you, we might be a good match.

You Will Also Hold
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered case by case)
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • 4+ years post-graduate experience
