About the Role

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to care for an adult requiring 24-hour assistance with daily living activities within their own home. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for improving the lives of people with physical or intellectual disabilities.

The role offers a rewarding experience for someone who enjoys making a positive impact in the lives of others. You will be working closely with our client to ensure their needs are met, promoting independence and dignity.

Working Hours and Shifts

">

- Tuesday and Friday: 11:30pm - 8:30am (Active Overnight)
- Saturday: 5pm - 11pm
- Fortnightly Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Fortnightly Saturday: 5:30pm - 11:30pm
- Fortnightly Sunday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Fortnightly Sunday: 5pm - 11pm

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

">
  • Experience in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or equivalent fields (students welcome to apply)">
  • Desirable skills in Bowel and Catheter Care, Hoisting, and First Aid (CPR and HLTAID011/HLTAID003)">
  • Current resume and professional referees">
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement">
  • Current driver license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance">
