Position Overview:

The Media & Promotions Specialist will oversee the media operations for the Repco brand, ensuring effective execution of promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the comprehensive media strategy for Repco.
  • Maintain daily interactions with the media agency.
  • Facilitate the production of media content to support retail and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
  • Conduct monthly competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate media schedules and production timelines.
  • Oversee the creation of broadcast campaign materials.
  • Assist in developing assets for digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a marketing role, either generalist or specialist.
  • Exposure to the retail sector is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
